Abstract Submission

Thank you for interest in the Mobile Tartu 2024 Conference and PhD School!

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS CLOSED!

Abstract submission is mandatory for the members of the EIT Digital Doctoral Training Network (DTN). Due to limited places in the PhD School, only participants who sent an abstract received the possibility to attend the PhD School.

► Abstract submission is open until February 15, 2024. The deadline has been postponed. New deadline 23 February.

► Each author can be the presenter of only one paper at the conference (incl. PhD school). One can be a non-presenting co-author of more than one paper.

► Early career researchers are welcome to submit their abstract to the PhD school track (11-14 June, integrated into the main conference programme). Based on abstract evaluation and acceptance, they will either hold a poster or an oral presentation.

  • compose your abstract according to the template,
  • fill out the current submission form,
  • upload your abstract file following the provided template,
  • submit your input.

The body of the abstract is 400-600 words long.
It must include the following subheadings: motivation and objective, study design/data and methods/approach, findings/results, originality/value;
It has a maximum of five citations and a maximum of one illustrative element (figure, table, graphical abstract) with relevant caption.

The abstract must be submitted via this submission form and by using the provided abstract file. We accept pdf, doc, docx formats.

The name of the uploaded file must follow the following format: Last name_First name_Title
