Registration and Payment
Please register to participate in the Mobile Tartu 2026 PhD School or the Main Conference.
The link to the registration form is HERE. Registration should be done before payment.
Registration fees include VAT.
Student registration fees are available only to PhD researchers, and Bachelor’s and Master’s students.
The registration fee for the PhD School does not apply to members of the EIT Urban Mobility Doctoral Training Network within the assigned number of spots and the members of the Estonian Doctoral School.
More information on the registration terms will be announced at the start of the registration period.

How to sponsor?
We offer the Mobile Tartu community an opportunity to contribute to the overall organisation and accessibility of the event through two types of supporter/sponsor tickets.
A 600-euro supporter ticket allows one person to participate in the main conference. When registering, please indicate the name of the organisation or (research) project to be highlighted in the conference acknowledgements.
A 2000-euro ticket allows the organisation to send two people to participate in the conference. We will add the company logo to the homepage sponsor section and to acknowledgement slides, and the organisation can bring a roll-up (presenting the organisation, project, or similar) that we will display at the conference venue.
To redeem either of the tickets, we will send an invoice to the organisation along with the names of the people whose participation the ticket covers. We will contact sponsors separately.
Payment
Payments are possible either by bank transfer or by credit card.
Please note that the information you provide for the invoice cannot be changed later.
If you choose to pay by credit card, our system will send an invoice to the email address you provided after the credit card transaction has been successfully completed.
Click “Open payment solution”. A new window will open where you can enter your payment details and choose to pay by credit card.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please follow the instructions in the registration form and provide the required invoice details there. If you have already completed the registration form but did not fill in the bank transfer details or later decide to pay by bank transfer, please provide your invoice details here.
Please note that the Early Bird fee is applicable until 31 March (including) and the Late/Sleeping Beauty fee must be paid by 25 May at the latest.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be sent by email to mobiletartu@ut.ee. For administrative reasons, all refunds will be processed after the conference. Handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Until May 8, 2026 (including): full refund minus handling charges
Until May 25, 2026 (including): 50% refund minus handling charges
From May 26, 2026: no refund
